The Complete Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie for Clear Skin

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop protein powder (unflavored or vanilla organic pea or bone broth protein)
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 handful spinach or frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup high protein milk (I love organic Eden soy milk or goat milk – both are acne safe)
  • 1 tbsp walnut butter
  • 1 tsp inulin 
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to your blender
  • Blend until completely smooth
  • Serve immediately

Notes

The beauty of this anti-inflammatory smoothie for clear skin is how customizable it is. Here are a few ways I switch it up:
For extra creaminess: Add half a frozen banana or a few ice cubes
For gut health: Toss in a tablespoon of collagen powder
For blood sugar balance: Add a teaspoon of cinnamon
For extra fat/hormone support: Add 1 tbsp flax and pumpkin seeds (follicular phase) / 1 tbsp sesame and sunflower seeds (luteal phase)
